Carlos Delgado has received the recognition of “Best Young Peruvian Chef in 2010″ by Mistura, Lima’s Food Festival – the largest gastronomic festival in South America. He has also been recognized as honorary “Ambassador of Noveau Andean Cuisine” by Gaston Acurio.
